Excellent company, great customer service. As a bank employee who works with their software everyday, it is the best most user friendly software, we at the bank, use. They go above and beyond for our bank and we would recommend Nicola Banking to any bank looking for a new core processor.

System doesn't follow if then protocols properly and if customer of bank pays on a loan earlier than set date the system will try to draw the amount a second time. Terrible company that doesn't care about their customers

Had a loan, paid early on it. System still tried to pull amount out again in the same month for 3 months in a row. The systems protocols are atrocious and they don't seem to care if they mess with other people's finances. Especially since I'm disabled and had to basically starve for three months due to this happening. I will be looking for a bank that doesn't use this company's system due to this and hopefully the government gets involved and either forces them to fix their systems or shuts them down.
