Vicki is very unprofessional. She argues with the customer and has a horrible attitude. Never sent out a letter stating the rates were going to increase this year by more that $200. All in all it was over $1,300 to do the taxes. Traci in payroll sent W-2’s to the wrong address after we gave her the right address several times then charged again to send them out.
