Purchased 2 lounges over the holidays. Kelvin was very helpful and detailed. He ran us through everything from the product through to what happens during delivery. My end to end experience from purchase to getting them in the house has been exceptional. I received delivery updates on the day, and the delivery guys were very respectful and easygoing.
