Purchased 2 lounges over the holidays. Kelvin was very helpful and detailed. He ran us through everything from the product through to what happens during delivery. My end to end experience from purchase to getting them in the house has been exceptional. I received delivery updates on the day, and the delivery guys were very respectful and easygoing. Great product great service
Be weary of the suggested delivery times!! 1st ever purchase from Nick Scali and probably the last!! We had expected a reasonably quick delivery when the salesperson told us "the floor stock had to go to the Sydney Distribution Centre first, but they try and clear the stock through quickly to free up space in the warehouse." We purchased on the 24th July 2025, and kind of expected it last Saturday or this coming Saturday being 2-3 weeks.
