After I had given Nick Scali a bad review due to their poor customer service, they rang me from their customer service department in Sydney to tell me that the light pendant in question was now a discontinued line. My wife went to the Gepps Cross store, they checked the computer and said they still had one in stock. In other words, on top of bad customer service they are now lying as well!
