Product quality superb. However for the premium you pay, There's no free delivery and they won't discard the plastic and cardboard box, just dumped in my garage lol. Plus you have to wait like 13 weeks. Just leaves a bad taste at the end. Don't mind the waiting but fix up your delivery service. FYI they did communicate the above and I willingly purchased hence why you still get three stars.
Seems like a good product after testing and showroom is also reasonably pleasing. Service, follow up and delivery coordination/flexibility is nothing short of horrendous. After paying the invoice, we were made to feel like we are just a stat on your sales quota, which is very disappointing when compared to your competitors we dealt with for other household goods at the same time. Our expensive Nick Scali lounge started peeling within the warranty period. When we contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and blamed “dirt” instead of product failure. We escalated multiple times, including directly to management, but were brushed off. The chaise continues to separate from the rest of the frame. Again....our fault.
