Our expensive Nick Scali lounge started peeling within the warranty period. When we contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and blamed “dirt” instead of product failure. We escalated multiple times, including directly to management, but were brushed off. The chaise continues to separate from the rest of the frame. Again....our fault. Shameful customer service from both the store manager and the state manager. Absolutely no accountability or willingness to meet a fair resolution. Will never purchase another product from Nick Scali again. Will be following up our issues with the ACCC.
I wish nick Scali Has a better decorating advice and sense They are more into selling the product rather than customising the client
