I asked Nick and Kaitlyn to help us on our application for the 'CalHFA Loan Program' in March, 2024. However, I was deeply disappointed by their services. Despite collecting all my personal information, they failed to provide any updates on my application. They became unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I selected Nicholas to help for applying for "California Dream for All Loan Program" by trust in March 03, 2024. But it turns out to be very disappointed. He and his assistant collected all my personal information, and hard pulled my credit check, which is nearly 800 score. But then it seems they closed their business, not reachable by email and by cellphone. I reached out to Nick as a first time home buyer and he was very knowledgeable on the phone and I was excited to work with him, till I never heard from him again. I reached out to both him and the office MANY times and never got an email, text, or phone call back. I was very upset and discouraged. If he didn't want to work with me, that is all he had to say so I didn't waste my time.
