About 8 months before moving to Canada I joined a Facebook group and enquired how a new Canadian Permanent Resident could obtain a mortgage once landed. Nick was quick to reach out to me on Messenger, he was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me in detail which I found very helpful. When I eventually arrive in Canada I got in touch with Nick once again to help us with our mortgage.
