I have seen Nick for both strength and conditioning and also for a shoulder injury. His knowledge and attention to detail and personalized approach have resulted in an incredible pain reduction and increased mobility. I started seeing Nick over a year ago because of lower back pain. Weighted step-ups, back squats and simply bending down to put on socks caused pain way too early to be geriatric. I’ve been able move like normal again after Nick made sure I understood it was my poor posture that was misaligning my hips which created irregular hip and spinal movement.
