I started seeing Nick over a year ago because of lower back pain. Weighted step-ups, back squats and simply bending down to put on socks caused pain way too early to be geriatric. I’ve been able move like normal again after Nick made sure I understood it was my poor posture that was misaligning my hips which created irregular hip and spinal movement. I found Nick very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination. Nick's diagnosis and explanation, in layman's terms, helped me understand how my body got into the mess it's in and how I'm going to get out of it.
Nick provided helpful treatment for tight hips and offered clear exercises to continue at home. Overall a positive experience, I would recommend!
