I would give Nicholason Farms 0/5 stars if I could. This company was incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and difficult to work with from start to finish. I booked their services on a Friday and received a confirmation email stating that delivery and spreading would both take place on Monday. Monday came and went with zero communication from the company. I had to repeatedly reach out through phone calls, texts, and emails just to get a response. This was our first time using Nicholson Farms for our pine needles. The crew was on time and did an outstanding job putting down 125 bales for us around the house and natural areas. They took their time and made sure we were happy with their work. Quality of the pine needles was excellent, not old or faded. I would highly recommend Nicholson Farms for your pine needles needs. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
