Called Nicholas for a small claim. He was very rude to me from the beginning of the call. I apologized for his call going straight to voicemail when he returned my call. As I wasn’t sure why it went straight to voicemail. And his response was doesn’t matter what do you want? Such a very unprofessional response! Then he proceeds to talk in a really rude tone then makes rude remarks about the small claim I called him about. Definitely wouldn’t recommend him to anybody!! Would be best to call elsewhere!
