Leecea Johnson, my client service representative, is a very professional and friendly person, always responding in a very prompt manner to my questions and requests. Also, her patience in explaining details is commendable. It has been a pleasure dealing with Leecea over the last few years and, needless to say, I have been extremely satisfied with the service and assistance that Leecea has and continue to provide.

Regular turnover of staff. Each time a new staff member takes over, you get different information than before (and then new charges). Arranged with my prior representative to complete the year end work and pay the charges. Then that representative is gone, the new representative says that things were done wrong by the prior, and I get charged $560 to re-do what the prior representative supposedly did wrong. Be very careful with engaging this company. I would strongly recommend you scrutinize all invoices from them. I have received multiple invoices with erroneous charges. Charging for late filing fees that were inappropriate, for accounting hours that were charged when the reason for the accounting error was incorrect calculations on their own part. They are supposed to reconcile accounts every year yet last year I received an invoice for $500 for accounting hours. When I questioned this I was told they had not reconciled the a... read more
