This company doesn't even deserve one star. I set up to have them move our home June 16, 2017. I let them decide the time of the move as I would be off of work the entire day. He chose between 8/8:30am. At 8:45a the guys had not arrived yet so I called. The guy stated they would be there quickly as I expressed I had my deep freezer in coolers. Nicholas moved us from Cortland Ohio to Sarasota Florida in June 2014, it was a nightmare. They damaged more that 12 pieces of furniture, the initial estimate to have it repaired was "over $10,000". Even though we paid for their "full replacement" insurance we have gotten ZERO satisfaction. It is now 2 months later and they have done NOTHING to fix the situation. They also failed to weigh our load and basically invented a price to charge us. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MOVE ANYTHING YOU VALUE, YOU WIL REGRET IT!!!!!
