I have just purchased two Sienna Bone Inlay end tables. They arrived today and I am delighted with them, thank you. Sarah, on the sales team, was very helpful in answering my questions prior to purchase and the delivery was prompt and efficient. I have never before purchased furniture without seeing it in person and was nervous to buy for that reason but I am exceedingly happy and relieved that the purchase has worked out well. Lovely units however the colour is nothing like the website. They differ greatly, not slightly. Definitely a chocolate brown colour, not a hint of grey. Very disappointed as they don't match my existing decor. Had I seen them in store I wouldn't have bought them. I emailed the company however I didn't receive a response. Expensive mistake

Slightly frustrated with a lack of updates sent about the order, leaving me having to call up, but my sofa was sent JUST outside the 10 day window due to the couriers being a bit slow to pick up but they delivered basically a working day later. HOWEVER, it was totally true to colour vs the site (under appreciated when buying online), B Star the courier were great when they arrived and carried it up 3 flights without complaints and unpacked and put the legs on. Great service overall.

Items are priced highly competitively which encouraged me to place 2 orders. I learned it’s a family run business so communication is not the same as if ordering from a large corporate, nonetheless very happy with my items and the outsourced delivery team were in and out quickly despite having to lift heavy items up two flights of narrow stairs, they were very considerate. Will order again from Nicholas John Interiors! Thank you.
