Could not supply my father’s will or my own will and power of attorney, previous power of attorneys. They claim it’s lost and can’t provide 😡 My father is very angry as he paid for a will he has not got now. The girl Alex who answers the calls is so rude. My Father and I have decided to re do our wills and power of attorneys at another solicitor who is more helpful and won’t lose our documents.
