Nicholas Howie took my younger cousins case involving a disobeying officer charge, in which the officer blatantly disobeyed his constitutional rights by removing him from the vehicle and initiating a traffic stop with no traffic infraction, reasonable suspicion, or probable cause. A public pretender, or for that matter an educated citizen, could have had this case thrown out. The best lawyer in town! Worth every penny
So I've actually used Nick twice in my life once in 2012 and then recently this year in 2024. Nick was amazing in handling my case from start to finish, both times he was able to secure me much lesser charges of reckless driving. This most recent case could have been way more severe but Nick was able to call their bluff on evidence they had.
