Two years in a row I’ve ordered frozen yogurt for our business and two years in a row we have been screwed. I get told the one flavor is a specialty flavor that takes 1 - 2 extra weeks for delivery. Every time I order my rep says it isn’t available all because he’s too lazy to take 5 extra minuets to order it. I was told this time it would be here first of August now it’s the end of August and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend Nicholas and Company to anyone if this is the service I get.
Nicholas is the only locally owned broadline food service provider in the region. This food service provider follows strick food safety requirements such as cold chain management. Is this important to you? It is if you or your customer is harmed by improperly managed food products.
they give you an appointment and hours later your still Thier trying to get unloaded.
They took an hour and a half to unload 5 pallets and charged $118.00, Ridiculous!!
