Loving my winter window frame with ice skates. I had it painted for me rather than painting myself. I love it! The ladder was given to me as a gift from a friend, also purchased and painted at Nicely Made Designs.

I have gone to Nicely Made Designs open paint twice now, and had a great time painting and connecting with others! I am not an artsy person, but I was still able to do it, and I loved my results. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. I was able to ask questions, and to get assistance if needed. The quality of the materials provided are excellent, and I was surprised at how much more is provided. I especially liked having so many color choices!

Looking for an afternoon of fun crafting? Always thought you weren't crafty enough to participate in something like this? Well, that's how I felt. After attending several of those painting classes, where you all paint the same thing with an instructor, I always felt stressed and a need to make it as nice as everyone elses. The mere fact that they move though those classes so quickly only added to my frustration. One of the best run small businesses I have ever been a patron of! Nicely Made Designs offers great projects for me to do on my own, and also has many classes through the year for learning new techniques or sharing the fun of painting with friends.
