Went today to look at carpets and get a quote for our bedroom. Travis and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and were very professional and friendly. Looking forward to getting our carpet from these great guys.
Just had my 3rd lot off carpets fitted on my hall stairs and landing by Craig and Jack once again such a professional job can tell been in the trade and a master job as the pattern on the carpet as to be in line Just as I expected it to look fell in love with it as soon as I walked in the shop. These really are amazingly fantastic, truly first class carpet fitters in a league of their own and wiping the floor with their feeble competitors. They've recarpeted pretty much my entire house now and the men who fit the carpet are very highly skilled and polite and today showed compassion and understanding when I asked them to please keep the front door shut at all times as my cat was a little scared and I feared he may run out of the front door. I explained that my cat was like a son to me. They understood.
Taken over 300 of my money and told won't refund Refused to fit in kitchen as appliances not moved bever told to move prior to arrival of fitter Staff rude when spoke to them Stay clear unless you want to suffer a costly £300 plus loss Won't be supporting local business again
