I placed an order online and the package was lost or stolen. The rep Brenda offered me nothing but to file a police report in NYC for a stolen package or purchase another. I took it upon myself to file a claim with UPS who guarantee reimbursement or return of the package. I called Brenda and requested replacement but she became argumentative and told me I needed to take more responsibility. Management should consider approach to customer service to build their business to compete with Amazon.
