I would suggest a different law office if only for the HORRIBLE customer service I received. The receptionist HUNG UP on me twice because apparently an associate would not speak to me because of some conflict of interest. In that situation I would expect her to say she could relay my number and see what she could do but to say “… won’t talk to you” and hang up is the most immature and inappropriate way to deal with a customer.
