They have threatened to call the cops, revoke my license, send me to Court. They are rude. They state they are not a collections agency. That they are a recovery agency that can file suit and have you served. They try to take payments out whenever they want. I've contacted the original company to seek information and advice. I'm reporting this company to as high as possible.
Extremely rude and arrogant staff
If I could leave less than 1 star I would, never have I been threatened and misinformed by this wretched company, they like to tell you one thing, and then change it later on, I'm glad they record their phone calls because their reps are the rudest people out there. The only decent person I talked to was a gentleman who said he owned the firm but the said he is no longer there.
