From an employee standpoint, the director of care is an awful human being and acted like my orientation was more of a nuisance for her than anything positive... Stuck in a room with a tablet that didn't work properly for training and was rudely told to go find someone else to help me when the volume wasn't working, considering It was my first day on , I didn't know where to go or whom to ask.
