This is the worst toilet I’ve ever owned it never flushes down the poop. You always have to flush it two or three times it Gets clogged almost every time I don’t see how anybody could give this thing a good rating. I am going to get rid of it and throw it in the trash. This company should definitely be out of business.
I recently purchased a condo with one of the flapperless toilets which I had never seen before. I needed to make some repairs and the support I received from Niagara was absolutely excellent. Easy to talk to, patient, not too much technical jargon and sent me a new part. Great customer care.
Such a nice company! People there are very friendly and nice.
