I just got hire on on Thursday & I am still in shock that my manager, Big Boss, & HR gave me the opportunity to be part of the company. I will do my best & learn new thing everyday. I was hired here recently and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly professional and knowledgable I received full supplemental training that coincided with my military experience. Anyone with military experience in component maintenance or aircraft maintenance would feel at home here. Worked at the Fresno Clovis Ave site. Poor management practices. Heico & FAA is clueless to what goes on day to day. First red flag. When I started, the married QC Mgr, also Production Mgr is having an affair with the 23-24 yr old CS Mgr. It was Scandalous. I was hired as a buyer. When the CS Mgr has to go to India for a wedding for a month. I was asked to fill in, learn the Work Order side of it. I was more than willing. Really good working place. People are very collaborative and nice. Co-workers are highly professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. I have been part of challenging but fun projects that have nurtured my growth as a professional. New ideas can be freely suggested to managers, which enhances open communication and support.
