Jeanmarie is wonderful. Her and I did a human design package and a reiki package. She is very calm and regulated when she speaks and provides a space for open dialogue. Lucky me! I had a 90 minute Reflexology appointment with Sharon Tower the reflexologist at NH Health & Wellness and it was exactly what i needed. Sharon is a calm force who cares how to best serve you and to address the areas of need. I absolutely felt the results days after my appt. I slept better and overall i had more energy and clarity. I just completed my Reiki Master Teacher class with Karen. What an amazing class and journey. Karen teaches in such a way where the hours flew by like minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered the uncomfortable questions too. Questions of all kinds were welcomed and answered with grace. We are so incredibly grateful for Karen Cerato at the NH Health and Wellness Center. Biomagnetism has been such a huge help for my daughter.
