I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. She lacks fundamental knowledge of asylum case deadlines and valid legal grounds, causing me to lose valuable time and money. She incorrectly told me I had only one year to file, ignoring the fact that my humanitarian parole status allows me to apply beyond this period. I definitely do not recommend her to anyone for the following reasons: - She lied to me about the time limits for filing my case. She told me that I had only one year from the date of entry to file, and if I submitted it after that, it would be denied.
