I absolutely was not happy with how Dpu sent me my last bill, did not explain the collections and how I got charged over the Lawyer fee although:... I will say I have called a few times and when speaking to Danielle F. She just was so Knowledgeable so Informative And all around just a baddie! I really appreciated her and keep her give her a raise treat her well!!
This place is unprofessional they have untrained employees working there dealing with peoples accounts giving out incorrect info I spoke with someone on 8/20 regarding a letter I received from another law firm and they gave me the info of who had the case and their # mind you I never received any info from them prior to this date I was advised I had court in January the rep advised me that I could be put on a payment plan monthly and every 2 weeks I advised I would make a payment in September as of 9/12 I got notice from my ... read more
** ZERO STARS ** This so called “law firm” is HORRIBLE for the way they treat people and how they talk to you in such a belittling and rude matter! I unfortunately had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with Danielle or whatever her name is and she was completely rude and condescending the whole conversation! Try to speak with a manager, but of course it went straight to voicemail lol. Crooked and disrespectful firm, run!
