I worked with this law firm regarding a judgment case. There was some confusion with my information — they had my place of employment correct but the address was wrong, so I was never properly served. I only found out about the situation after looking my name up in the court system and seeing they were attempting to garnish my wages. I called and experienced horrible customer service when i called back they wouldn’t answer. I used someone else phone and when they answered i asked if they have caller id and the lady confirmed yes. So it’s clear they screen calls.

Customer service was awful from each rep I spoke with. And when I called back for more details for motion, no one would answer.
