** ZERO STARS ** This so called “law firm” is HORRIBLE for the way they treat people and how they talk to you in such a belittling and rude matter! I unfortunately had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with Danielle or whatever her name is and she was completely rude and condescending the whole conversation! Try to speak with a manager, but of course it went straight to voicemail lol. Crooked and disrespectful firm, run!

If I could rate -10 stars I would. Just like all the negative reviews, the front desk or whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and talks to you like they have a problem with you on the street. Specifically a broad named Monica. She needs re evaluation on how to do her job and deal with people or she needs to be fired.

I had (having) a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Nguyen Ballato regarding a simple parking ticket payment. On June 2, 2025, I called to pay my ticket and was quoted an amount by their representative (which I wrote down). When I received the receipt, I saw I had been charged more than what was quoted. I called back immediately to address the discrepancy. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience with Nguyen Ballato, the law firm contracted for collections on behalf of the City of Richmond. On June 2, 2025, I contacted the office to resolve a parking ticket that had gone to collections and was prepared to pay the quoted amount as instructed.
