Been here several times over the years for service on our Audis. Always have a positive experience at this shop.
I ordered a diverter valve for my mk6 R. They initally sent me the wrong one. I called and was greeted by the most patient and understanding people i have ever encountered in customer service. I believe the guys name was Joe. He sat there with me on the phone until he found the correct part and got it out to me quick and in a hurry. Great customer service.
Honest staff, Jason the rep is amazing to work with and they truly take care of your car and needs , highly recommend the customer service is top notch.
Everything was excellent! Just had the guys at NGP install some BC racing coilovers onto my GTI and the whole process was amazing. The customer service was great and helped with any and every question I had, they didn’t overcharge when I asked them to install a skid plate, and overall the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend working with NGP!
