Excellent customer service and affordable OEM parts. My vehicle had a lot of work to be done, I was expecting a few weeks wait time with no appointment. They got my vehicle in and out within a few days. I paid about $1200 less than I would have at a local Audi dealership for service. I am very pleased with the service provided!
My car’s currently at NGP for an intake manifold and intercooler install. Midway through the job, they called to offer walnut blasting since the manifold was already off; turning a normally $1,100 service into $225. No push or up-sell, just smart timing and transparency. Their prices are definitely on the high end, but you see why. You’re paying for sharp work, platform-specific knowledge, and a team that pays attention to what actually matters. Excellent experience. They replaced the clutch, shifter, brakes, and installed a Stage 1 tune on our MK7 GTI and I couldn’t be happier. Jason’s communication was great and all the parts are above OEM quality. Jason’s recommendations were excellent and I’m glad I took his advice to replace the rear main seal while the transmission was out. A friend of mine recommended NGP and I would do the same.
