Looking back, I’m genuinely upset about my experience with this business. I brought my Porsche in for a routine oil change. The engine bay clearly recommends Mobil 1 oil. When I arrived, I was told liqui molly oil was “compatible.” I wasn’t comfortable with that and specifically requested Mobil 1 instead. The staff told me they would have to order the oil and that it would be brought in from Maryland. Been taking car to the shop for years now after being recommended by a friend who drives Nascar. They fixed a problem supposedly master techs at the dealer couldn't.
Went into the shop for a warranty on my OFHG that started leaking just after a year install from them. They replaced it for free, I get the car back and 7.7 miles and 20 minutes of driving the engine blows up.
I purchased a new to me Audi and wanted to get a second set of eyes on it after a terrible sales and inspection experience where I purchased it. From the first phone call up to today's scheduled post-purchase inspection, the entire team at NGP was kind, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. When I'm ready to service my vehicle after the warranty period ends, I"ll definitely keep this team in mind! Thanks Pat and Jay!
