My settlement was done in Feb, they didn't give my settlement cheque until July last week. Very sloppy at answering or returning calls. They do deduct their fee from part 7 (compensation given to you by ICBC for continuing your treatment) portion of your ICBC MVA claim, which i find incorrect. I wouldn't recommend them.
I called in to get their free case assessment. The lawyer took me seriously from the first moment, asking questions and getting details. In the end we decided not to proceed, but their honesty and candor throughout the talk was wonderful. I started the call very nervous (lawyer stuff is scary!) and ended the call educated and confident in the path forward.
