It was a pleasure to work with Justus Sharp and his people at NFM lending, communication was amazing, via text, email or phone call, Justus would call weekly to check in to see how we were doing and explain where we were at in our loan process. Would gladly refer my friends to NFM lending!

I was working with Billy Hollis and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. I never got any replies to emails and even my calls were dodged and went unanswered. Thank God I switch over to a new lender, Rapid Mortgage, in time and ended up closing on my house in a month! As a first time homebuyer, this process was hard and stressful enough and it just sucked that I didn’t receive the care and attention for my home search. Super disappointed.
I'm writing a one star review because I voice concerns about my possession date versus closing date and my financial agent Michael Auge convince me it would be fine Don't worry we got this..... Yeah now that I paid all the money still don't have the keys. I'm dealing with a seller's agent trying to get my keys so for that I give it one star review because I was worried about this before and now I paid $7,000 and still don't have my keys...... So yeah don't know what else to say but one star review i'm not going out of my way... read more
