I arrived for unloading early: I checked in at 5 AM, and by 6:30 AM I was already empty with all the paperwork in hand. When I was on the scale, the screen froze, but I called the number provided — they answered immediately and resolved the issue quickly. All the staff were very polite. You can also stay overnight here, both before and after unloading. There is a road in front of the security gate where you can park and get a good rest.
