Very disappointing experience with Nexus Money. After an initial consultation with Cameron for a home loan pre-approval, communication was extremely poor. We often waited over a week for an response and only found out what was missing after repeatedly chasing things up. After nearly a month with no progress, we decided to engage another broker. Spammers - they call you just like credit card/insurance company - without any appointments - not sure why would they keep spamming mobile phone from no where, highly unprofessional. Dont get into their trap. They are spammers.
