I had Nextlink for years. Once they came to town,ni switched to them. My bill crept from about $25.00 a month to $64.00 on the latest bill. Verizon offered a bundle recently. A Verizon customer from day one of their coming into existence. Called Nextlink and told them to cancel my service. Why? they asked. When told I could get cheaper service with my Verizon bundle,byoung lady then offered me Nextlink for $25.00 a month. The customer service here is not acceptable. Internet connectivity issue and was on hold for close to an hour. After basic restart the customer service (and I use that term loosely) pushes the issue off on my VPN carrier and refuses to escalate my call internally or dispatch a technician to my residence. Customer support here is a JOKE. Actively looking for a new service provider.
