Welcome to the bank that won't let you spend your money. Need gas? No you don't because your card won't work because their online system is down. It happens several times a week. The app won't respond, nothing online works, and if you call the number they give you for customer service you are told that you just have to wait till it's back up. But don't worry, they assure me it only last a few hours most of the time. I had to get a credit card to use just to cover for when Nextier doesn't work. Go to any other bank.
I used to really enjoy using this branch, up until about August/September 2024. The customer service, employee quality/knowledge, employee turn over and just general vibe has been been awful as of late. I'm starting to really worry about the security of my money with so many people in and out of there. I would absolutely switch banks if there was a First Commonwealth around here. This is the friendliest branch of this bank! This is further out of my way, but the ladies are much nicer here than my local branch! I love being treated with a smile and hello that is genuine! Thanks for taking great care of my business and making me feel important!
