After not being able to physically go into two different banks to open an account and deposit cash, NexTier was still open for business. I talked to Natalie at customer service who referred me to the Cranberry branch. Melissa and Jill were the tellers with whom I opened my account. They were so professional and had 5 star customer service. The bank was so modern and clean and the fees are nonexistent. Working with Dan Penberthy at NexTier was an excellent experience, after being let down by the bank that i had a long standing relationship, Dan took on my problem and went out of his way to fix it immediately. They are amazing, highly recommend. Thank you NexTier!!
Not very happy with the hours. Impossible to get there before 5pm. Used to be open later.
They used to have great hours, open til 7pm weekdays and til 3pm on Saturdays . As a small business owner that was really convenient and I used those late hours often. Now they cut their hours like every other bank and its hard tp get there before 5pm. They made these changes with no notification to their loyal customers. I've been one for 20 years.
