I bought the 8k boiler 2 years ago from a wonderful salesman named Phil. My shop is 1200 square feet with 12’ sidewalls and everything runs perfectly and the additional cost in Iowa is around $30 per month (keeping my shop at 68*). I had an issue with a small leak, but Phil sent me an extra part and has been working great ever since. The nice thing is, the entire unit is in a small cabinet and takes up little space.
