We attempted to work with this company to repay the fees we owed, but they refused to give us time and *******, the person handling our account, suggested we put one of our personal vehicles for sale to resolve it. this vehicle was valued over $9,000, your company decided to force us into giving up this vehicle and refused to give us even 2 weeks to pay off the balance. we paid every single vehicle in our floor plan, we only had a small balance and were refused time to make the payment. all of this in the middle of the pande... read more
Do not do business with them. There are bunch of crooks, stealing money in the day light. I am sure there are so many illegal transactions going on. This company need to be shutdown as soon as possible. I had working with them for years until I figure out that they stealing money from me. They dont even release titles to you when you are done paying off and account reps are full idiots, acting like they dont know what going on, and blaming everything on corporate. Dont give them your money. You will be sorry later
we have been working with nextgear capital for 3 years now and it is a joke the 1st salse rep was terrible, our new one is a bit better but not still not good. To top it all off this company has no after hours online support for the portal we are expected to do everything on, their customers work weekends they should have someone there to help their customers during our business hours

I try your services and I will not recommend NextGear by no means ...... absolutely poor customer service .... Laramie the rep for the Nebraska area really sucks..... he closed our account with out any notice..... when there are so many financial companies he acts like Nextgear is the only one.....I will think two times before you open an account with then. He gets really upset if you don’t floor units. *** ******** ***** ****** ******* **
Nextgear Capital Customer representative supervisor by the Name Ian was so rude and actually hung the phone up on me while I was trying to get a duplicate title that got lost in the by Fedex. I requested to talk to his manager, in which refused and abruptly hung up the phone on me. Nextgear Capital Inc refused to file a claim or contact fedex in order to get the refund for a lost mail.
As a small local dealer here in California I highly recommend that you don't waste your time with cruel, unethical, ripoff companies such as NEXTGEAR CAPITAL. There's no human interest or respect when it comes dealing with next gear. It's all about making that dollar. Trust me if you like to be stress free, worry free don't floor with this company.
