I reserved a car and was told the day of that they had no cars. I travel frequently and have never had this happen in my 30 years of travel. usually an upgrade or maybe a downgrade but no cars. Nearly gave me a heart attack on a busy fathers day weekend! Probably not reserving with this company again.
As of now. They have up charged over $500 in added fees on a 3 day rental that should have cost $120. Not happy with this place at all right now. I returned the vehicle with the exact amount of fuel I got it with and they charged an additional $150 on the invoice. I’m not happy at all. Avoid this scam hole. Update. Changed it to 2 stars. After speaking with the owner they removed nearly $200 in added fuel fees and other fees. Don't be fooled by low pricing offer, you will never get your rental at that price and in addition no shuttle service, and an absolute nightmare to deal with a company which has zero customer service!! Never again will deal with this company!!
What a great company! Way better than the big car rental companies. Friendly staff and the cars are new and CLEAN! Easy rental process and great rates!
THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT and are CROOKS! Do not rent from them. They refused appropriate proof of insurance and charged $500 for unneeded insurance refusing to rent the car without. THEY ARE EXTORIONISTS! RUN and never look back. They also have not refunded a $250 deposit that should have been refunded days ago. I had a prepaid Travelocity reservation and they manufactured a reason to steal $750 from me. Case filed with the Florida Attorney General.
