Never rent from this place in Miami (or anywhere else) using a 3rd party. Our flight was delayed and arrived late and they are an offsite location (which we did not know - big mistake on our part). By the time we arrived, it was 11:15pm and they close at 11:30pm with no answering service. I called the next day to explain what happened and was told because I booked with a 3rd party, I would need to deal with them. I did. After waiting two weeks, I was told they would not refund the money as it was non refundable. Never again!
