Jeremy was great communicating with us. It was a great rental experience with no issues.
Great service! Our flight was delayed and the Nextcar agent made it super easy to pick up our vehicle. Easy drop off after the trip.
Showed up 90 minutes after a scheduled pick up time. Just booked last night and excludes cancelation, so I was definitely going to show. No one at the location to help. Had to call phone number and person who answered is 30 minutes away!!! This is unexcepatable for a rental car company and wasted nearly an hour of my time. I will be looking for compensation and would never rent from them again
