I rented an SUV for two days. It was clean and in excellent shape. The staff was unfailingly kind and polite. (Plus, the had my favorite Teddy Swims sonf playing!) Will definitely use them next time I'm in Baltimore
If I can give a negative 5 stars I would, this had to had been the worst experience even with a rental company!! I truly would never recommend this company to anyone!! I rented a 12 passenger to go on an amazing trip with my family from Miami to Georgia, HA, big surprise for me after waiting over 3 hours in line(only 4 people in front of me) to get a rental I come to find out that I can't leave out of Florida and if I do I will get charged a fine of 1000 plus .25 cents a mile out of Florida!!! #nextcar Rentals WARNING...The problem started when I downloaded the app and tried to make my reservation. A pop-up said, "something went wrong, the reservation didn't go through". So, I went online and made the reservation there. Both times I paid for the reservation using my credit card. After checking my credit card, I noticed I was billed for the reservation made on the app even though the app said the reservation didn't go through. Rental car scam company. The car was not a mid size SUV that I paid for. The deposit of $2500 was outrageously large and they asked to see the full auto insurance document, not just an insurance card. They seemed to be eager to charge anything extra - upsale for the toll and auto insurance was annoying and not necessary. The desk assistant was bad. I would not rent from them again.
