Worse car rental ever. Guy said it is full gas bring back full. I drove few min car had only quarter tank. Car was so dirty cigarette ashes every where. I open the trunk it had garbage bags. I had to take the car detailing before I used. They charged extra $350 deposit on my debit card 15 days still not refunded. They did NOT give me any documents that I brought their car clean and full gas. It came with my travel package. I will never rent from them again

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with NextCar Rental was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked through a third-party source, enticed by what seemed like a fantastic deal, only to regret it deeply later. Firstly, the pickup location was a mess. Despite receiving instructions indicating it was at SeaTac airport, finding the place turned into a wild goose chase that wasted an hour of my time. Very nice customer service! Jimmy, the guy who pick us from car rental facility was very nice guy, helped us with our heavy luggage. The girl on customer service desk was friendly too.

Jimmy from customer office was very helpful. He extended our rental days with the same price we booked on Priceline.
