Tried renting a car for only two days through Expedia. When I arrived at the rental station in Fort Lauderdale, a person told me to enter a booth a someone remote will complete the process. After several minutes and unsuccessful calls, the remote operator wanted me to may extra for another insurance and also a deposit of $350 not specified previously. When I declined, the person outside the booth tried to persuade to rent the car. Which in the first place, he did not attend us a refer us to the remote booth. Not worth trying... read more
We have rent with them 2 times, rented through Wee Goand through car rental All the employees were attentive. I paid for the Alliance insurance and the information is not transferred, so be ready with all your e-mails and pay receipts.The wait was over half hour but They gave me the car offered clean and full of gas. I paid to them the tolls in advance make sure the sticker is in the window . The location is not in the airport but they provide transportation to pick up the car and after returning. This place is a scam. They charge $60+ per day for insurance and $2000 for deposit… the whole place looks like an scam. Dont waste your time and money.
Do NOT rent from here!! WORSE CAR RENTAL SERVICE EVER!!!! i dont recommend, please look for a different option!!! Me and my family waited for like 1 hour even with a reservation with a pick up time in it. The guy that came after one hour had the worse attitude and clearly had no desire to be at work that day. He was annoyed by all our questions making faces at us. Just horrible! And on top of that we haven't received our $500 deposit back after 45 days of renting the car. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL BUT THEY UPCHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. THEY CAN CHAERGE UP TO A 2500 DEPOSIT THAT ISNT DISCLOSED TO YOU UNTIL AFTER. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO RATING I WOULD!!!!!
