Bait and switch! Never again. I was quoted $52 for 2 days with insurance. Ended up paying more than double. This company sucks!

Avoid being scammed. I thought I can outsmart all the bad reviews about this rental. I read all their terms and conditions carefully for 3 hours. Made sure my insurance meets the stated terms, booked and went to pick up my car. As everyone said, they added ~ $50/day on top of my reservation for using my insurance as Administrative and handling fees. When I argued that none of that is written on the terms and conditions, the disrespectful agent said go find the T&Cs and insisted he can't provide them to me. A total rip off. T... read more

Welp I tried y'all despite all of the and reviews. Had my insurance, understood it was off site, and was super prepared. They still hit me with some loss of use coverage loophole that hadn't been listed before even though I have full coverage and charged me an extra 100. Also showed up and you have to video call someone to check in and they didn't answer for like 5 minutes.
