Read these reviews and listen to all the bad comments. This place is awful. They scam you with their insurance, take forever to process your rental and add on fees at every turn. Do not be fooled with their low price advertising. The fees tripled my quoted fee. I plan to dispute the charges and will NEVER use them again. Please don’t make my mistake. I crawled so you can walk!!!!

Would never rent from this place, was told $130, but they wouldn’t let me use my liability from my insurance and my collision through credit card like other rental places do. Was going to get charged $390 instead, I cancelled the booking and booked a car somewhere else instead. I even tried to call and verify if my insurance was valid and I just got their dumb AI assistant that told me I could use a credit card as insurance. I’m going to pay more and rent from a reputable agency in the future. Complete scam

Had a the car I paid for but everything else was sub par or worse. Deceptive pricing basically doubled the cost of the rental due to an insurance charge even though i provided my own comprehensive insurance. Check in also took an unreasonable amount of time. It took an hour and a half total and over an hour with an agent. Even though i prepaid on everything. They also put a hold for $500 deposit for damages on my credit card. 0 star . Worst location. No live agent. You won’t be able to pick the car. They charge admin fee to add your own insurance and they don’t allow to waive off liability insurance. Stay away!! Tue ask to call the customer service and they don’t respond. Wasted 2 hrs.

The most fraudulent experience I’ve ever been through. Renting cars often comes with some pressure to upsell, but this place tries to force their insurance and if you don’t purchase it, you sign off on a security deposit equivalent to your Insurance deductible (ours is $1000) We returned the car in better condition than we accepted it. It has been a week since returning the car and I have $700 in charges on a reservation that was prepaid through a third-party agency (economy booking).
