I never got to use NextCar even though I paid for a service through Priceline. They never picked the phone nor did they send a shuttle to pick me up as promised in the service. They never returned the money to me and they thanked me for my business. Never, ever will I use NextCar or Priceline, who stated this was not their issue to resolve.
Wait 3 hours to rent a car
I rented a car for 2 weeks from the Paris Charles de Gaulle location. Though the local representative I dealt with was courteous, helpful, and even picked my wife and I up from T2 - my serious issues started after I returned the car with head office. During my rental period (booked through Expedia) I communicated to them the issues I was having with navigation not working, CarPlay having issues, screen going blank. Absolutely disgusting service! Wish I could give them 0 star. No customer service or regard for time.
Hard to find. Place is falling apart. Cars were okay.
