These people are scammers. They lied to us about the car and the price. The guy on the counter is not honest at all. We were told that we’ll be getting the refund as they were the one who refused to provide the car after the reservation was paid thru Expedia.But they keep denying the refund while we didn’t even see the car we booked. I don’t recommend at all. For your peace of mind stay away from NextCar. They’re liars
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at Nextcar. Their rates were very competitive and offered excellent value. When I picked up the vehicle, the location was quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait. However, the staff remained polite, efficient, and professional throughout the process, which made the wait much more manageable. Extremely disappointed with my experience at NextCar Rental. I booked a Hyundai Elantra well in advance, expecting the vehicle I had reserved to be ready when I arrived. Instead, the staff immediately tried to give me completely different cars, claiming that the Elantra I had booked was not available. They took me outside to choose from other vehicles, but while I was there, the employee showing me the cars told me they had around 10 Hyundai Elantras available at that moment.
