Worst experience to get a rental vehicle, we had to 2 hrs just to get to the counter and submit our id, even after completing everything online. On top of it, while booking i had unlimited mileage which was changed to limited at the time of pick up. Everything felt scamy, slow service, extra charges. Its just the worst experience i have had for rentals. Please dont get your rental from here
Terrible terrible service. Had to wait for about 1.5 hrs even though I did book my rental online. The customer service rep was not helpful at all. For a pickup of rental, there’s no management for smooth service. If okay with wasting 2 hrs for pickup then can come here.
At pick up, I arrived at store before midnight and there were only 4 groups in front of me. But somehow it took more than 1 hour to get to my turn. Counter was very slow. Return was better in line but still took a lot longer comparing to other car rentals near YYZ. They definitely need to improve. But the car was new so I’d give 2 stars.
