I had a great experience returning my rental with NextCar. I’m usually a little nervous when it comes time to return a car, but this process was smooth and stress-free. Parrish was especially helpful. He guided me to the shuttle and made sure I was all set before heading out. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and made the return process simple and pleasant. I appreciate the excellent service and would definitely rent from NextCar again.
