Next car opens at 9am. I reserved a pick up time at 10:30am. I arrive at 10:25am. Lights on doors locked. Called, phone rang and then the voicemail says memory full. Waited until 12 noon in the middle of august with my luggage. Called corporate and they said my location was closed. (Orlando FL) I asked why i wasnt notified and their response was “each location is privately owned sorry they should have let you know” no shade, but i would not recommend NextCar.

I’ve been renting from this company every time I need a vehicle so far I don’t have any complaints. Very good service.
I have been renting cars from this location for past few weeks, Calvin is the best. He provided me the best customer service ever and the cars are always nice and clean. Now, this is my go to place for a rental car for sure! 👍
