Your no smoking policy does not work. The car smelled like pure cigarette smoke.
I rented because I was in a rush but day of I paid over $500 extra in fees. My original quote was $374 for the weekend. When I went to pick up my rental I paid $928.70. $24 a day for one insurance, $36 a day for the other insurance plus fees (they said I had to get both insurance plans). If I wasn’t leaving for my trip same day I would’ve opted out but I had no other choice. If you have the option to go elsewhere, please do so
