I love renting from Next car! The price is right and the customer service is great!
Very easy. The cost is very reasonable and the cars that I have rented were new with no problems. The employees have been great to work with, too.
Not Professional; Never did a walk around the vehicle to look for dent scratches and etc gave me the key sent me on my. took a couple of days to contact me back after I complain. Also, we’re supposed to gave me a funds back after I contact them. took vehicle back a day early and still charge me extra charges.
There were no issues during my rental term. The process was easy and processing extensions were easy and didn’t require me to be in person.
