I am revising my review for the Nextcar Annapolis location. Both Bridgett and Chris of the Corporate Head Quarters and Joe of the Annapolis location went out of there way to help me with the flat. Apparently, Joe was by himself at the location and unable to answer the phone. It was a miscommunication between what the policies are a Corporate and what the policies are at the Annapolis location. Needed a car. Got a car. Drove the car. Returned the car. Easy. Friendly. Good value.
The customer service was great from picking up the car to drop off at the Annapolis office. I greatly appreciate how I was able to book the day prior before pickup. The truck that was provided work perfect for the family during the football tournament. I will be booking from this organization again for our Family vacation in Florida for July.
