This place is an absolute disgrace. If I could leave -10 stars, I would. NextCar Rental at Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg, MD is hands-down the worst rental experience I have ever had, and that’s saying a lot. From the moment I walked in, the staff were aggressively rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to customer concerns — especially when it came to safety.
