Good service
I do not like they keep my $250 deposit for weeks. No other rental car company does that. Another problem is they gave me the car with 7/8 tank instead of full. hard to get 7/8 so I gave it back full. Another problem, the computer system tried to charge me almost $11 more for some tax? It took NextCar rep a half an hour to take that charge off? I will not rent from NextCar again.
Pros : We got a much cheaper deal than other rental companies. Cons : Pretty much everything other than the cheaper deal. First, every other car rental companies offer a collision & damage protection option, which provides a huge mental peace, that in case of any incidents I’ll just drop the car and walk away. NextCar offers a worthless insurance plan that covers only damage from accidents; no tire damage, no scratches, no vandalism.
