Just freakin hate Nextcar. This is my second attempt at booking a Nextcar with an international driving permit, had to wait around 35 minutes just to find out my already paid for rental is in-eligible, the only pickup was miles away at BWI airport. Had some clarifying questions but the guy just walked away, the lady on the next counter was busy with the housekeeping rather than help customers or even say Hello! Worst experience, better save your mental wellbeing.
This is the only place I will get a rental car from they are cheaper. They are very clean. They are fast and the employees are very nice And friendly! Thank you, Catonsville next Car!

Wouldn't accept the insurance I purchased through Expedia so I didn't take the car then refused to refund nearly 1000 dollars. First and last time using this company
