Helped my friend rent a car!
The Whole staff here has been great However, I had a Wonderful experience working with Shakeira. Her Amazing customer service was truly outstanding. She has been friendly, patient and incredibly helpful from start to finish. What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about the company and every detail I had questions about. She made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism Shakeira has provided to me.
They over charge me twice and refuse to send me the rest of my money. They claim that when I drop off the car back to them they said that the gas tank wasn’t full but when I rented the car the gas tank was quarter to full so when I drop off the car I left the gas tank the same amount of gas
Next Car Rental is a scam. I cancelled my reservation and paid the required cancellation fee, yet they still charged me for the full rental. When I called to request a refund, I was told there would be no refund at all — despite following their cancellation policy. This company is dishonest and completely untrustworthy. If it were possible to give zero stars, that’s exactly what I would give. Avoid them at all costs.
